ARTWORK IMAGERY & WATERMARKED DIGITAL IMAGES
Artwork shown has been scanned at high resolution. All imagery is an accurate presentation and colour match. All images are subject to copyright and must not be copied or used without the artist's prior permission. Grey watermarked signatures [@NatashaGiles] are for digital purposes only and do not feature in originals.
Unframed originals are provided in secure, protective packaging.
Framed artworks are supplied framed as shown or alternatives can be discussed. We work with a local framer who can provide a wide range of options. Please email to enquire.
Original artworks from my website are signed, titled and dated. A signed Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) can be supplied on request to accompany sales from this website.
ORDERS, PAYMENT, DELIVERY
Payment is in pound sterling (GBP/£) by PayPal or Square. VAT not applicable.
A charge of £10 has been added to all items for p&p [UK].
International orders: please email for total amount inc. P&P first.
Please allow up to 14 days for despatch, local restrictions allowing.
You will be informed upon despatch via email and given a tracking number.
Artworks are sent within the UK via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery or preferred courier with a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery and the risk of the goods shall pass to the buyer/customer upon delivery.
International orders will vary and may incur additional cost and delivery time – please enquire prior to order. A tracking number will be necessary and a signature required on delivery whichever service is used. Any import duties and taxes must be covered by the buyer. Costs will be confirmed prior to payment.
Natasha accepts commissions and is happy to discuss requirements, private or professional. To make the initial connection a quick informal chat will be necessary (via phone, Skype or Zoom at a mutually convenient time). Please email to enquire.
We do not accept cancellations of orders so please raise any queries by email before placing your order. We will do our best to help.
We aim for you to receive your artwork in pristine, well-protected packaging, should the artwork arrive damaged in any way, please take digital photos and email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to make a return, this must be within 30 days of order receipts – please enquire for the appropriate Returns Postal Address to ensure we receive it. Returns must include original packaging, the signed certification (CoA) if applicable, and the artwork itself undamaged and unmodified (ie. trimmed or marked in any way). Returns are at the cost of the buyer. Refunds will be made after receipt of the above and to the original payee as purchased.
INKS/WATERCOLOURS & DISPLAY OF ARTWORK
Original artworks are produced in liquid watercolour and ink. Not all brands used are lightfast or permanent. You are welcome to commission originals in lightfast inks or watercolours.
Paper surfaces vary and are all Acid Free FSC or handmade cotton rag. The standard is 300gsm/140lbs white watercolour paper. These are primarily textured (cold pressed) or smooth (hot pressed). Abstract mixed media are often produced on repurposed papers and boards.
Prints provided are quality lightfast Giclées on fine art paper. Lightfast means colours will not fade for up to 80 years. Prints are supplied mounted to nearest standard frame sizes unless specifically requested on order. Email to enquire.
