CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Original artworks are signed, titled and dated, and issued with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).
ARTWORK IMAGERY & WATERMARKED DIGITAL IMAGES
Artwork shown on this site has been scanned at full, high resolution. All imagery shown is an accurate presentation and an intended, realistic colour match. All images are subject to copyright and must not be copied or used without the artist's prior permission. Grey watermarked signatures [@NatashaGiles] for digital purposes only and does not feature in originals.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Payment is via Paypal only and priced in pound sterling (GBP/£). Please use the individual links to buy from the artist direct or explore prints sold through external galleries through the links given. Terms & Conditions apply to sales from this website only (natashagiles.com).
PayPal price includes artwork price, additional PayPal processing fee and UK delivery at £10.
International orders: please email for total amount inc. P&P first.
DESPATCH & DELIVERY
Original artworks – local restrictions allowing, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for despatch. You will be informed upon despatch via email and given a tracking number.
Artworks are sent within the UK via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery with a tracking number. A signature will be required on delivery and the risk of the goods shall pass to the buyer/customer upon delivery.

£10 standard charge including packaging.
International orders will vary and may incur additional cost and delivery time – please enquire prior to order. Delivery turnaround and times are outside the artist’s control once despatched. A tracking number will be necessary and a signature required on delivery whichever service is used. Any import duties and taxes must be covered by the buyer. These costs will be confirmed prior to payment.
All originals are provided unframed and in secure, protective packaging. Please email email@example.com regarding mounting/framing.
Natasha accepts commissions and is happy to discuss requirements, private or professional. To make the initial connection a quick informal chat will be necessary (via phone, Skype or Zoom at a mutually convenient time). Please use contact form or email me.
We do not accept cancellations of orders so please raise any queries at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. We will do our best to help.
We aim for you to receive your artwork in pristine, well-protected packaging, should the artwork arrive damaged in any way, please take digital photos immediately and email us at email@example.com. If you wish to make a return, this must be within 30 days of order receipts – please enquire for the appropriate Returns Postal Address to ensure we receive it. Returns must include original packaging, the signed certification (CoA), and the artwork itself undamaged and unmodified (i.e. trimmed or marked in any way). Returns are at the cost of the buyer. Refunds will be made after receipt of the above and to the original payee via Paypal.
MEDIUM & DISPLAYING THE ARTWORK
Original artworks are produced in liquid watercolour and ink. Not all brands used are lightfast or permanent. You are welcome to commission originals in lightfast inks or watercolours.
Paper surfaces vary and are all Acid Free FSC or handmade cotton rag. The standard is 300gsm/140lbs white watercolour paper. These are primarily textured (cold pressed) or smooth (hot pressed).
